UST Global Appoints Former Fairchild and Digital Equipment Executive Tom Esperson as Chief Technology Officer

ALISO VIEJO, Calif. – November 29, 2007 – UST GlobalSM, a leading provider of IT
services and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions for Global 2000 enterprises,
announced today the appointment of Tom Esperson as Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
Esperson joined UST Global in 2006 and applied his business and technology expertise
as well as Fortune 500 management experience to the transformation and expansion
of the company’s project quality assurance, process compliance and ERP development
organizations.

As CTO, Esperson will plan and oversee the global IT infrastructure of the company
including systems and networks, telecommunications, business continuity planning
and worldwide build-outs. In addition, he will continue to manage the global enterprise
performance organization including project management office, software quality assurance,
project audit and metrics.

Esperson brings 22 years of diverse Information Technology and e-Business planning
and management, and product line marketing experience to this role. He has served
in executive and technology management positions with Fairchild Semiconductor, Digital
Equipment, NEC, GRiD Systems and Texas Instruments.
