As Chairman, Dan Gupta plays a key role in determining the company's long-term business
strategies. He is personally involved with key client relationships as well as leading
industry associations and thought leaders. He personifies our values and culture,
and cultivates those qualities throughout the organization by leading a mentor program.
Mr. Gupta joined UST after a 40+ years’ tenure with IBM where his executive experience
included responsibilities for operations, offshore software development, new business
development, and marketing.
In 1996, he was part of IBM's executive team in the Internet Division, which created
IBM's Internet strategy. Later, in IBM Global Services, he was the executive responsible
for IBM's activities in the $11 trillion Global Trade Services. His positions also
included General Manager, IBM South Asia; Director of Offshore Operations, Asia
South Pacific; Director of New Business Development, Asia Pacific Group; and Regional
Director of Marketing, Asia South Region.
Given his deep Asia experience and intensive India expertise, he provides significant
insight for our India operations, strategy, and identity in the marketplace.
Mr. Gupta received his MBA from Harvard Business School.

As CEO, Sajan Pillai provides leadership to 5,000+ professionals while heading up
the company's global business operations. His responsibilities include acquisitions,
client development, global operations, and service delivery.
Mr. Pillai brings us his extensive background in the offshore IT industry, having
served as co-founder of Softek Systems in India and as an engineer in one of top
three consulting services companies in India. He has also architected and managed
several large software systems for MCI Telecommunications in the United States and
subsequently held senior management positions in Tanning Systems, a U.S.-based software
solutions company.
Mr. Pillai graduated with a degree in computer science and engineering from the
College of Engineering, Trivandrum, India.

Joe Nalkara is Joint Chief Operating Officer responsible for strategic operations,
global expansion, corporate development transactions including joint ventures, and
mergers and acquisitions.
Joe has been with UST Global since its inception. His many responsibilities began
by setting up UST’s first offshore development center in Trivandrum where he took
it to its first CMM level 5 certification. After completing that task, he served
in the U.S. as Senior Vice President and Head of Global Sales and Marketing before
being promoted to joint COO in early 2008.
Prior to UST, Joe was the head of global ERP for Quaker Oats, where he managed the
implementation of PeopleSoft throughout Quaker global locations.
Joe holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Illinois.

As the Joint Chief Operating Officer of UST Global, Arun Narayanan is responsible
for operations, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and associate development
initiatives.
Mr. Narayanan has been instrumental in setting up our offshore delivery centers
and the CMMI Level 5 compliant processes. He is extremely passionate about people
and dedicates a substantial share of his time to mentor staff and help them hone
their professional skills. An innovative strategist, he has pioneered a unique corporate
concept called Colors of UST Global that enables associates to work on organizational
goals that are aligned with their personal goals.
Prior to joining UST Global, Mr. Narayanan was with HCL and IMR-Global where he
led large engagements with companies like Target and Philip Morris.
Mr. Narayanan holds a degree in computer science and engineering.

In the current role of CIO, Tony Velleca is responsible for UST’s internal corporate
systems, project portfolio management tools, and testing services and for ensuring
an infrastructure for best-in-class project management and delivery. He leads our
Testing and Quality Services that are managed under the QA Labs, a UST Global Group
Company.
Before joining UST, Mr. Velleca was the founder and chief technology officer at
huddle247, which developed a virtual workspace solution that was ranked by PC Magazine
as one of the top solutions in 2000. Earlier, Mr. Velleca was with The Boeing Company
(previously McDonnell Douglas) for 10 years.
Mr. Velleca has more than 14 years experience in the design of advanced technology
products, including 10 years of managing global teams for off-shore development.
He is adept at translating complex business requirements into cost-effective software
solutions and managing overseas software development projects that provide affordable
software solutions.
He has a Bachelor of Science degree in aerospace engineering from the Georgia Institute
of Technology and an MBA, with honors, from the University of California, Irvine.

Mike Zerkel is the General Manager of New and Emerging Accounts and Head of Global
Marketing. He looks after the company's new and emerging clients as well as manages
activities related to growing the global brand for the organization.
Mr. Zerkel joined UST in August 2000. Prior to UST, he was with OneSource Information
Services in Concord, MA. There, he led the Western Region Sales Organization. Earlier,
he was with Dun & Bradstreet as a Senior Director, Financial Services industry.
He won numerous awards including the Presidential Citation, the highest individual
award one can receive at D&B. Mr. Zerkel has also owned a professional services
business and was an associate with Fortis Investors, which then was a Global 100
company.
Mr. Zerkel received his undergraduate degree from California Polytechnic State University
majoring in financial management, and later, an MBA from Pepperdine University with
a concentration in finance.

As General Manager, Mr. Subramony is responsible for leading the Western Region,
North America, and is a key member of the business planning and analysis function.
He is also the executive sponsor for corporate communications and leads "Green"
initiatives at UST Global.
His earlier responsibilities as vice president included leading UST’s global delivery
and marketing functions, and to launch UST’s Asia Pacific expansion. Mr. Subramony
also developed multiple service offerings for Asian and North American markets.
Prior to UST, Mr. Subramony served at IMC International, a management consulting
firm, as its COO. His work experience also includes leadership roles at Sutherland
Global Services, Microsoft Corporation and Wipro Corporation in areas of marketing,
M&A, and global operations.
Mr. Subramony received his MBA degree in general management and leadership from
Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He has an MBA in marketing
from University of Madras, India and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
from University of Kerala, India.

As General Manager of Strategy and Services, Robert (Bob) Dutile works with our
clients to define the services that will best meet their current and future needs
and leads the teams that create those services and develop our capabilities to deliver
those services. Mr. Dutile provides strategic vision for new service development
and ensures that the current suite of solutions is delivered through consistent
methodologies and frameworks.
Before joining UST, he spent six years as Executive Vice President of Key Technology
Services, the Information Technology Group for KeyCorp, a $90 billion financial
services firm. During his tenure, he also served on the board of the Financial Services
Technology Consortium.
Earlier, Mr. Dutile was a partner at Grant Thornton LLP for seven years. He developed
and delivered services and was the Northeast Regional Partner for multiple service
lines.
He was the first Director of MIS for Reebok USA and Reebok International Ltd, where
he was responsible for all Information Technology in this high-growth company.
Mr. Dutile is certified by American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS)
in Information Resource Management (CIRM) and is a member of the International Society
of Six Sigma Professionals.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College.

Manoj Nair is the General Manager of UST Global’s National Accounts’ Business Unit,
responsible for operational management, business development, and customer satisfaction.
The National Accounts’ Business Unit includes clients who have their business spread
across a number of states in the U.S.
Mr. Nair has held senior positions over the last eight years at UST, including SEPG
Head and Regional Director for Southern California. As Head of Software Delivery
Strategy, he was instrumental in implementing CMMI Level 5 software development
lifecycle processes.
Prior to joining UST Global, Mr. Nair served with CGI Global (formerly IMR Global)
for three years managing projects in India and the U.S. and for one year at Tata
Unisys.
Mr. Nair received his masters degree in astrophysics from Pune University, India,
and has attended various programs on strategy and process frameworks.

Paul Madarasz leads the Global Relationship Management (GRM) Team for North America
as General Manager, Eastern region, North America.
Prior to joining UST, Mr.Madarasz was the President of the Livingston, NJ-based
AIG Technologies (AIGT), a $350 million member company of American International
Group (AIG) Inc. He was responsible for AIG’s worldwide computing infrastructure
and spearheaded the group’s progress into data center outsourcing and providing
quality software solutions in the property and casualty insurance domain.
Before AIGT, Mr.Madarasz was COO of Siemens Business Services, where he oversaw
close to 5,000 personnel who supported over 750,000 desktops and 30,000 servers
for Fortune 100 companies worldwide. He also served as Vice President, Sales and
Marketing for the Wheatley group and has held a variety of sales and management
positions with IBM.
He has a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Boston College.

Bharath Krishnaswamy is the General Manager for UST Global’s Asia business unit.
He heads up sales, delivery, and operations for SEA, a strategic area in UST Global’s
expansion plans. The SEA unit covers key markets such as India, Singapore, Malaysia,
and Hong Kong.
Mr. Krishnaswamy joined UST in February 2005 where he led the business development
group from India successfully for two years. Prior to UST Global, Mr. Krishnaswamy
was with Satyam Computers for five years. Based in Washington, D.C., he led sales
and business development for their retail vertical and Microsoft solutions practice.
Earlier, he led the marketing and sales development operations with American Express
Bank in India. He was awarded the Japan, Pacific, Australia, Asia (JPAA) "best performers"
award in 1998 for outstanding performance in a difficult market situation. He has
more than 15 years of strategic business development, consulting, and account management
experience in the Global IT and services space.
Mr. Krishnaswamy holds a bachelor’s degree in science and an MBA in marketing from
Loyola Institute of Business Administration, Chennai, India.

Marsha Blakeslee is the General Manager of UST’s Industry Practices. She, alongside
her team of practitioners with deep domain expertise, works closely with UST clients
to develop industry-specific solutions.
When Ms. Blakeslee joined UST Global in March 2004, she was already familiar with
the company, having been a client during her tenure as Sr. Vice President, Consolidated
System Services with AHOLD®, a Fortune 50 retailer. At AHOLD, she piloted off-shore
development and created a new business engineering department, strengthening capabilities
in system design and integration for the planned consolidated US and European application
portfolio. Ms. Blakeslee has held similar positions at American Stores, Inc.®, and
WHSmith®, a British specialty retailer.
Prior to her 15 years in executive positions in retail systems, she spent 10 years
in Big Eight accounting consulting where she specialized in insurance systems.
Ms. Blakeslee holds a J.D. degree from Temple University.
