The charter of the UST Centers of Excellence (CoEs) is to drive best-in-class competencies
throughout our organization. Through the review of current technology trends, delivery
methods and service results, we fine-tune our knowledge base and develop new standards
of excellence for training programs and project execution. Each CoE is managed by
senior executives and architects with industry-leading expertise in the most demanding
computing environments in the world. Their focus is on specific disciplines or technology
